They were human twins. Both of them were in astrometrics on Voyager. Tom and Harry dated them briefly, becoming good friends. They joined in the Captain Proton simulation Tom was running.

Caretaker Array

This was a large space station within the Delta Quadrant. It was close to the Ocompa homeworld. It provided an umderground energy source, protected and served the Ocampa. It pumped energy in the Ocompa settlement for 1500 years.

Containing  both medical and holographic facilities it was armed with displacement waves. This wave could drag ships from other parts of the galexy.

In 2371, the Arrays last wish was that Janeway destroy it. This was to make sure the Array doesn't fall into the wrong hands, The Kaizon.

Krenim Weapon ship

This vessal was a weapon developed by the Krenim Emporium. It was designed by a military temporal officer. It was able to erase items from history after careful and meticulous calculations. It could wipe out a civilization from existence causing a temporal causality loop.
