Section 31 is an unknown aspect of the fictional Starfleet universe. This story explains a little about what Section 31 is and what it does within Starfleet Command. It has 249 pages and was written in June 2001.
Sloan had just given Seven her orders, they were that Voyager was supposed to free her from the collective, then she was supposed to infiltrate the crew. Captain Katherine Janeway wanted to witness the collision of two suns. All of a sudden there was an explosion on the ship. Seven of Nine and B'Lanna Torres were injured.
Lyspa was on the Travelor had a daughter Andrea. There was a rule of once a person died another was allowed to be born on the Travellor. Andreas father was dead. Andrea asked about the two suns that were about to collide. Lyspa wanted to find new home, however Andrea did not. Seven of Nine was with the doctor because her inner ear was damaged. Seven of Nine was emotional because of the explosion but didn't let herself feel it.
Seven owed her life to Torres, for if she had not inrerrupted her regeneration she would have died. The travellor held eight million souls. They were survivors of a planet that was destroyed eight years ago. Each section held millions of lives.
Harry discovered the Travelor. The whole crew was amazed by the site and structure of the Traveler. Few people could pilot the Traveler because it took a major amount of mental capacity. Aetayn is the pilot of the travelor. A few people chose not to go on the traveler because of religious and mental barriers.
Lyspa found her daughter, Andra hurt, so she took her to the hospital and an elderly couple allowed her to go first. Voyager was going to try to help the Traveler. The Traveler was dying. Someone, again, tried to kill Seven in the shuttlebay this time. On the Traveler they were going to start getting rid of non-essential people as well as items to save.
Janeway, reluctantly, was organizing a sort of witchhunt for the intruder who was trying to execute Seven. Voyager was going to tractor the ship from the danger they were facing.
There are different sections on Travelor, however communication between them is forbidden. Lyspa was injured in a section and couldn't go to the hospital because they were traveling in another section. A bomb went off killing and hurting a lot of people in the section Lyspa went to. The Traveler saw Voyager. Alien ships were theorized by Rhawn, Travelers scientists, but never expected. Voyager was going to try and help the Traveler.
Cyot was staying with Andra, because he was a medics, and Lyspa was going to get help for the her and the other wounded. Voyager planned on installing points on Traveler to Grafted it out of harms way. Iquagt was the captain and had a problem with Voyagers helping them.
Aetyn ordered the captain to shut the engines off so Voyager could help. 7 was injured when getting the shuttlecraft ready for the rescue. Her face was bleeding. Andra passed out.
Tuvok was having 7 listen to female voices to isolate the voice that called her to the shuttle bay. The Rhawn engine was ancient with lousy, quick repairs. Seven beamed in and shocked the Rhawn.
The Borg assimilated Rhawn so that Seven knew their technology. The computer core blew up when Tuvok was down there. Voyager was attacking Traveller automatically and no one could stop it.
Lyspa had gotten to the computer room. The ship shook from Voyager towing it. Lyspa tried opening the doors: she got one open, but couldn't get the other one. 7 and Torres were shot on Traveller from Voyager. Tuvok awoke in the computer room.
He was still trying to figure the mystery out, by examining the bio-neurol gel packs Torres was installing.
Tuvok took out the weapons, after he did that the wall exploded. Ensign Roberts Luke, who died more then a year ago, had programmed the computer to target Seven. Lyspa's husband was Onsflet.
Tuvok was saved by diving into the Jeffries tubes or his wounds would be worse. Engineering was empty.
Tuvok was disabling the computers higher functioning
Rhawns didn't have any manuals for their ship. Rhawns couldn't travel from sections. Torres and Seven went from section to section.
Voyager received a radio transmission. Tom answered it, it was Tuvok. He asked for the Dr. assistance. The computer was fighting with itself like the program it was running was confusing it somehow.
Voyagers crew was abandoning ship. Paris was searching for the doctors emitter and finally found it.
Weapons were band from Traveler by Aetayns father. Seven was introducing Janeway to Section 31. They were planning on using a gel pack to regain control of Voyager.
The doctor tried to help get control of Voyager. He needed some untainted to make an anti-virus for the ship. They distracted Voyager and then they boarded the ship. They had to hurry.
Janeway was putting Voyager in between Traveler to buffer the suns effects. No major damage occurred to either vessel. They used a photon shield. No sections on Traveler were destroyed. Roberta Likes mission with Section 31 was to eliminate the Maquis so the attacks were against Torres.
